Question about the Anticheat

I have one question… could the anticheat ban me if I use the morph ability like the blaze that can make me fly or the wither skeleton that can make me run faster in the uhc lobby?I already did it one time and i couldnt run because the anticheat was blocking me,
so is it safe or no?
