TcpNoDelay 2.0 is a virus?

When I tried to download TcpNoDelay 2.0 from the real link (https://github.com/prplz/TcpNoDelayMod/releases/tag/2.0)My anti virus detected it as a virus. I also have the results from VirusTotal.
