ok when i right click my bow i lose half of my fps in 1.7 and it goes back to normal if i hold something else
doesnt happen in 1.8 can someone help?

Experienced the same on a laptop and didn't manage to fix it. I'd advise you to use a custom MC client such as OCMC, Cosmic Client or Badlion Client tho
