it's almost as if we've got these wonderful people known as moderators who can ban blatant cheaters instead./report or /shitstaff, whichever is more convinient, cheers.

That's because they're getting dozens of other people messaging them aswell, if people used /report like they were supposed to people would get banned a lot quicker.
A lot has improved since my day, with the moderating team actively peering over their report tabs on tabbychat, looking for cheaters.

Then what's the point,if they're not going to reply why should i PM a mod; i also got drained 30 elo las time i died in ironsoup thanks to a really good mineman with kill aura and b-hop but no one helped me as well.

We're volunteers not dogs who answer your every call. We can't be there every time.

Exactly what I wanted to tell. We're trying to make your game experience the best as we can. We've put hours and hours of hard work, effort and time, that we could've spend on playing or doing anything else. But we haven't. We were spending our time to make YOUR playing experience more enjoyable. And after all, you are shitting on us, telling is that we are bad, lazy and useless. Of course, there are some people that really appreciate our work, but there isn't a lot of them.
