I'm not gonna make a long post about it, but I'm quitting MC and have also resigned from being a staff member. I'll still use the forums and maybe hop in game every once in awhile though. If you have any questions or anything, feel free to ask me.Posted on 20 April 2018 - 12:02 AM

Why did u quit? Did the game get boring or maybe some irl reasons? Just wondering…Posted on 20 April 2018 - 01:51 PM

For most of my time here as a staff member, I really just enjoyed staffing more than I did playing. To me, that became Minecraft. Helping people and making a difference in the pvp community. Over these past couple of months, my passion has seriously deteriorated though. Declining player counts means less people to help, less people to ban, less people to run tournaments for, less people to make happy. If the player count was booming, I would have most likely continued my activity, and stayed motivated. Unfortunately, it did not. I was also a bit frustrated with the staff team, and how it was ran from the inside. But that honestly doesn't matter much to me. Regardless of how the team was ran, I continued and strived to do my very best and make a difference.
I also have been taking up more and more irl responsibilities. There's work, school, basketball, football, offseason workouts for both sports, personal workouts, an internship with a local senator, physical training for the service academies (yeah, I want to try to serve in the navy or coast guard), and just a bunch of different things. I've also had family issues that haven't really gotten better over these past couple of months, and have been forced to take up more responsibilities as a result. I'm not going to go into specifics though as it's too personal and I don't want any pity.
But yeah, that's pretty much it regarding why.
