BLC2 Crosshair Mod Question

Is there a specific mod for the specific crosshair mod used in the client?I really like it and would like to be able to use it outside of BLC2, 'cause I'm not on the client 24/7 obviously. lol.
IDK where to ask this question, or if there's even a specific forum topic I'm supposed to put this under, so I put it in general.

because i don't want to solely use blc, i like my forge minecraft too yKnow lol
