Ideas for BLC 2

1. Make the sidebar resizable.2. Add a fastchat (makes chat background invisible) option, because with the current feature we can only go to 11% opacity
3. Similar to above, allow the sidebar background to be 0% opacity, I'm used to this with forge mods for example.
4. Allow us to move the sidebar and remove the red numbers.

+1 for 1.-1 Just turn off "Chat Background" in the BLC settings
