Elo reset for banned peopl.

Hi! The top people in Kohi ladder and some other ladders like vanilla are all mostly autoclickers/macros users, can we have their elo resettled so we can estimate how much more elo to get to top?Thanks!

We will automate this at some point in the future.For now we leave it because we might unban them.
