It saddens me to see you go out like this, Viprite.Lets address some issues. Your activity was not acceptable. It was not "something useful". It was less than useless. And this lack of activity is not a new problem. Months ago, when re-launching Factions, you asked me repeatedly to be a Faction Admin and I denied you. I simply did not trust you to be mature enough or active enough in the role to justify awarding it to you. For context, I gave it to someone who you opposed being staff. I find it funny that in this thread we have people who were bad staff complaining about the quality of our new staff. Ha. You are not, or are no longer, staff for a reason. You simply were not mature enough for the role. And, irony of ironies Viprite, you protested against Varicks getting staff and he was the person who became my first choice to join the Factions Administration. The admins look for potential in staff. We accepted Varicks despite him not being a mod favourite, and it paid off. He hired you, @2013Cape, and it became evident that we had put more faith in your ability to grow up with the title than was the reality.
In this thread it is clear to see the people who lack perspective. As I said above, coming on for twenty minutes and muting the guy who called you out is not being a good staff member. Your time as a good staff member ended a year ago. Since then you have been carried through by the Admins patience and rapport with you. Your increasingly unacceptable behaviour was not a joke. You were simply being a dick. It is okay to be a dick sometimes, like when you are friends with the person. But when you are greeting new staff members with insults you are simply being a deterrent to them, and a bad example. And as for your "dominance", this was one of the major issues that made you a poor staff member. You had none. Your job as a SrMod was to deal with issues the admins did not have time to do. The other SrMods understand and accept that rule: they know that this is a respect. The admins respect your maturity enough to grant you an increased level of access. You never accepted this. You treated it like it gave you power, made you better than the other mods. It did not. And, to be bluntly honest, you never earned that title. The admins trusted you, you were vetted, so you got it in the original three. You were an active mod, but never a mature one. Niqhuex and iFalcon proved to be worthy of the title, since time BurntCactus, Mors, Freek, mcNerdx and Varicks have proved the same. But again, for you it was a sign of your "dominance".
Basically, you are immature. There is no getting around the fact. We all liked you, but at a certain point your shit became too much. It has been policy to let staff members leave peacefully, naming and shaming does not do anyone any favours. But again, you show your immaturity. You simply do not understand the derogatory, insulting and off-putting effects of your language/behaviour. I am going to be honest, Viprite, you used to be one of my favourite staff but your spiral into toxicity has been very disheartening. I hope you snap out of it before you become too much of what you would describe a "tool".

Im no where near becoming a tool, To do that i'd need to release every little detail i wasnt supposed to spill publicly, but im not that kind of person. Actually, thats worse than a tool, nvm. Keep calling me immature when youre the one who complained about me not "approving" of someones name on the forums when i was in the middle of playing a game. The way i see it, i may have been immature, but the administration was always right there with me 90% of the time.

The issue was that you do not understand the difference between silly banter and immaturity/cruelty/simply unacceptable behaviour. This thread has gotten to the point where i just had to make a response.First of all, to all you wonderful beings calling viprite immature is irrelevant to the whole situation. I wouldn't like to call a minecraft server position a job, but it basically was viprites job as senior mod to fulfill his duties… however, you guys are taking this wayy too serious… like what the fuck do you expect when you're recruiting kids (literally) over minecraft? Don't get me wrong, i'm not contradicting my self.. just adding more to the pot of stew. Viprite is a very good friend of mine and i will not see him thrown under the bus like this.. He has put countless hours in this server and you seem to forget everything he has done over "minor immaturity".
I'm 19 and i'm a little immature, everybody is a little immature… just shows that you're having fun… When has this game gotten to the point where you have to be so dead on serious, with no sense of humor what so ever.
I can think of multiple different situations where @MasterGberry and @MrArchy were immature themselves.
If you really wanted to demote viprite, let's not make lies here over "immaturity".

He then followed up by banning me off of the server, followed by unbanning me momentarily afterwords. Can you all see here how I understood that this was a joke?
yeah i was kidding but you were spamming the shit out of your stream and encouraging others to spam the shit out of your stream, so it wasn't exactly appropriate.

There is a difference between having fun, being immature at times, and just being plain rude. Some understand the lines, some don't.
You will never see Archy or myself encouraging some of the behaviors exhibited in our teamspeak staff rooms because they are internal and supposed to be fun. Bringing some of the things we say on there into the servers is not acceptable though. We do our best to encourage a nice and safe/fun environment to play on. Don't want people feeling unwelcome. Hence is why Archy and I also make it a point to try and get back to anyone that reaches out to us. The administration and the owners should be accessible at all times. Just might not happen immediately.
