Well I feel like Badlion will most likely rather focus on BLC than on the actual server meaning that there might be further decline in the amount of players although it might actually be the best server out there apart from the knockback.
I would improve either the knockback or revert to the old Global system. Why? I think that the reason why Badlion is so unpopular amongst players from other servers is the knockback which is completely different from Vanilla and anything I've seen on other networks so far. Of course you can get used to it but most people don't see why they would get used to it so they just disconnect and tell their friends that Badlion knockback sucks. They don't understand that you can't hand out crazy combos and that's the same thing that has always kept me from playing Badlion in the past.
I started getting interested into Badlion because of a German player called 'Kikzo' and his insane usage of the bow and the high ratings he got in many different ladders. I hadn't seen anything like that on other servers so basically the bow kits and the old global system pulled me towards Badlion after I quit playing Hive and was not sure whether I would continue playing the game.
The highest ELO I've gotten without breaking a single rule was 2013 in GApple in S15. Haven't really tried to get really high ratings in a single kit so far as I've always been more of a global player.

You're one of the best Global players at the moment but you seem a bit lonely to be honest…Probably you just don't like talking to other people in general. I don't know, it's just weird seeing someone who does not use either Skype, TeamSpeak or Discord in 2018. Well everybody is different I guess :D
Your best kit is probably NoDebuff and to be honest, SG might be your worst kit.
My favourite kit is obviously Diamond.
Definetely Archer, because it's a lot easier than UHC in terms of skill and at some point it only depends on the ability to stay insanely focused for a long time.
I'm sorry to disappoint you but you're way too young to use that thing between your legs. ;)

I already did it two months ago and wrote an extremely well thought through application but I haven't heard back yet.
You're not the best but still a very good bow player and a chill dude as far as I can tell.
