Badlion client 2.0 suggestions/bugs

I've been using the client for the past 5 days or so and have ran into a few issues and inconveniences which I am sure other players have experienced as well.#1
The old animations mod is pretty good, granted I've had to make my own model editing texture pack to get the rod I want as the rod presented by the client is too big, and low, but that is not too big of an inconvenience. The issue I have been encountering is that the "Item Hold Animation" checkbox is always ticked when I log in, even though I turn it off constantly (I made a bug report for this). I am not sure if this is a bug or me just not knowing how to use the client properly. Another thing which maybe a nice cosmetic change is the ability to punch blocks which you eat or draw your bow. Keep in mind that when I say cosmetic, I mean cosmetic, so you couldn't actually break blocks like this, it only looks like you're punching them

This is probably the biggest problem for me, either there is no where to put in JVM arguments or I just can't figure out where it is. Obviously there is a slider to allocate ram, but without JVM arguments I cannot seem to run the game in full screen windowed without using other applications (in this case WinExplorer) to remove the borders and maximize the window. Either adding the option to play in windowed full screen or allowing us to use JVM arguments would be great, as with WinExplorer you have to constantly re apply the border changes every time you open the game.
Other than that everything is great, I especially love the reduced loading times offered by the better frames mod.
