I was kinda surprised that Badlion will close soon. I think I am not the only one who is a little bit surprised. Badlion was a part of my childhood. For sure. 2 1/2 years ago I was playing on GommeHD Skywars 24/7. From time to time I got better and better and I was bored of the monotony of this gamemode. So I moved on to Badlion Mini UHC. I can remember, I was soooo bad. Then I played my first Hosted UHC and it took me over 10 games to get my first kill and over 1 year to reach Final Fights. In those 2 years I learned so many good people, so many nice communities. This was the best thing actually. Not the stats, not the elo. It was the people I played with which was the reason that kept me playing. And this is the real thing I want to thank Badlion. If Badlion would not exist I would not play Minecraft still. I would not have that many internet friends. And that´s the greatest thing that Badlion have done in my opinion. Bring people together.

The closure of Badlion wasn't shocking to more than half the community, including myself.
