England, Sweden, maybe Russia? Either that or France.

Likely something in Chemistry or Game Development. Mainly due to my interest in the fields and experience. I have always wanted to go into law enforcement, however, non-Federal departments have terrible pay and police work is insanely dangerous nowadays.
Any political leanings? Any favourite politicians?
I am technically an Independent as the two major parties have way too many stereotypes, however, I do typically lean right on most issues, for example, 2nd Amendment.
I don't really have any favorite politicians.

Love and lose.

I could write a paragraph about this and it will likely become far too political, so ehm, DM me on Discord :P
Who in life do you look up to?
Mostly my grandfather. He was a Major in the Florida Highway Patrol (State Police) and a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He retired twice just to return both times and eventually working with the United States Department of Justice. I mainly look up to him both because of his service but also his ability to overcome everything. He grew up rather poor but managed to accumulate, let's just say a lot of money.
Secondly, my other grandfather. He was, pretty much, a genius. He worked as an engineer for both Lockheed Martin and Boeing, eventually landing himself a high-tier engineering position at NASA and designed the power core for the Apollo spacecraft.
Your are the Emperor of Rome, when the empire was at its peak. You have an empire and the greatest army in the world at your disposal. What would you do with your power?
Delegate power and maintain very strict control over each person who I delegate it to. Empires fail because those trusted with power want more power and this creates a pit of corruption. Every country, business, empire, etc ultimately fail because people want more power. Personally, I am fascinated with the idea of corruption of power and I have done countless essays on the ways to counteract it. Based on this you can assume one of my favorite stories is Macbeth and my favorite quote is that by Lord Acton- "Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely"

Well, it is technically a set of emojis. I'll leave you to figure out how they came about.

Is a politically stable, but oppressive Government better than an unstable one but one which gives lots of freedom to it's people.
Depends on your definition of politically (un)stable and oppressive.
A stable government means stability for its people, assuming it isn't oppressive to the likeness of North Korea.
However, a government which is unstable to the likeness of Israel, Syria, or Iraq, but isn't oppressive whatsoever, it simply bound to collapse.
Is it sometimes necessary to talk and work with tyrants to get a better result long term, or should we not associate with them at all?
Frankly, tyrants such as Kim Jong-Un will never be talked sense with because they are both predictable and unpredictable at the same time. Right now is not the first occasion North Korea has canceled their Nuclear Program and acted "friendly", they do it every few years when they begin to fear for their safety and well-being. Once they act friendly enough to get lesser sanctions, they suddenly become hostile until they fear for themselves once more.
So realistically, you're better off getting rid of them when you have a chance.
If you could increase spending for one area in your country, what would it be?
Law Enforcement/Military.
The worst advice anyone has ever gave you?
Not really advice, more like something everyone says before screwing you over.
"I'm not like everyone else" - possibly the biggest lie anyone has ever said.
