This is the worst kb I've played with on any server ever. Having kb this low makes it near impossible to combo a player and causes melee fights to devolve into unavoidable 1-for-1 hit trading, which devalues movement and aiming skills and panders to bad players. With cash prize tournaments going on, it is especially important that better melee players are rewarded in melee fights. And while I understand that there may be little time/motivation for kb testing, simply increasing whatever the values are by ~33% would be an instant marked improvement.
