Why not allow it to run in a vm? It's a way that you can allow people that run Linux or Mac to play, I do not think its worth it at all to install Windows on your pc just to run Badlion Client. EDIT: nvm, i bypassed your detection, although i dont really want/need to use badlion client anyways, idk why you have a bad view on linux, in a lot of ways its better than windows, really the only reason to me why windows is better is better game support but that is changing. and with the vms thing, yes it could make it easier to cheat, but a lot of people dont use it for those purposes, theres many people who make vm's with gpu passthroughs so they dont have to install windows but can still play games

Linux and Mac are flawed. There are a lot of reasons to upgrade to windows, you might think it's "less secure" but it's not, it's just way more popular and a lot of viruses are created for it but if you keep it up to date it is very secure. Vms are more flawed and would make cheating far easier; Won't happen.
