Winner : Brazil or France (they both have really good players for like 2 national teams).Runner up : Germany or Argentina
Shock exit : Portugal
Unexpected success : Possibly Russia. They havent done good in their qualification matches but in the last match vs Saudi Arabia they did really good.

Russia really didn't do well, Saudi Arabia was absolutely dreadful
