UHC Commands

Just two commands that I think should be implemented into UHC. These commands are common in reddit UHC's.-/teamcoords (sends coords to teammates so you don't have to type it out, useful for giving coords on the run)
-/helpop (example). if a player needs assistance they can do /helpop someone is trying to iPvP me, or something like that. just so you can efficiently send messages. (2 minute cooldown)

last time i tried /helpop it didnt work but i guess it works now :P
