he says i only can get banned if i was cheating on de BAC servers i was already banned so i could do that.
Next tweets he said it dousnt matter on what server you re cheating on, + i tried to autoclick on singleplayer bc i dont wanna get banned on any server.

Essentially, the anti-cheat element of the Badlion client will only ban you if you are cheating on BAC-partnered servers, like GommeHD or the Badlion Network while it was up. In the second screenshot, whoever sent out the tweet was trying to clarify that if you had been banned on the Badlion Network while not on the client, you won't receive a client ban.
Simple explanation:
Cheating on the Badlion Minecraft Server before BAC -> No Client Ban
Cheating on the Badlion Minecraft Server after BAC -> Client Ban
Cheating on BAC-partnered servers (like Gomme) -> Client Ban
Cheating on non-BAC-partnered servers -> No Client Ban
Cheating in singleplayer -> No Client Ban
