I firmly believe the Badlion client has better features, customisability and is more stable than Cheatbreaker, and I much prefer the UX aswell.

But I always run Cheatbreaker…

The fact of the matter is that, now, all my friends use Cheatbreaker, and we use it to see when each other are online and what server each other are on, the social features of CheatBreaker are amazing and completely overshadow the stability issues and other benefits Badlion Client has.

To add insult to injury, I'm from New Zealand.

So my Local Regions are Oceania(AU), East Asia(Japan/Hong Kong/Korea), South East Asia(Singapore/Indonesia), US West.

Right now there is one large practice server, soon to be HCF that has Cheatbreaker support in Oceania, one extremely large Practice, HCF and UHC server in Japan that appears to have gotten Cheatbreaker support (It's also Zonix asia now?).

The other two regions have no offerings.

My ping is too high on other servers to seriously consider playing, 200ms to US East, 280 to EU West, 350 to SA.

I understand that Hypixel will be getting Badlion Client soon, but that is still a US East server, the other regions are going to be pretty dominated bu Cheatbreaker, if and when Badlion Client tries to enter the market.

The Asian regions have been growing steadily, however, with Chinese players unable to play either Badlion Client or CheatBreaker due to being forced onto the NetEast Client, is it worth competing in SEA/EA or OCE?


tl;dr Badlion Client is better, but social features force me to use CB and all my local servers are CB enabled with no BL options.

Europe - Dominated by Badlion Client

US East - Soon will be in high contension. (Hypixel vs Cosmic vs MineHQ/Velt/Zonix)

US West - No large servers

East Asia - CheatBreaker only (surrounding regions also CB only)

Oceania - CheatBreaker only (surrounding regions also CB only)

South East Asia - No large servers

China - Owned and solely dominated by NetEase (licence holder)

To be honest I agree. CheatBreaker does not boost my fps at all, only like a 30 fps boost.
Badlion Client is more competitive, and this is bias, but I have a high rank.
