Minecraft's classic appearance

I want to play Minecraft with its classic appearance, just with Optifine, but I also want to use the clientside anticheat.I don't like the new start menu, the changed button arrangement, the smooth font etc., they just ruin the feeling of Minecraft.
Could you please add an option to the launcher like for Optifine which toggles the hole additional stuff the Badlion Client provides?
It isn't much effort to make a version without any features, is it?
PS: I'm from Germany, ignore the mistakes.

What about disabling menu option buttons? Bringing back the old one; editable by the resource packs.
