BLC Chat Fix

After jhalt getting exposed, the only client left to move on to was the BLC.I like the client and all but the chat just hurts my eyes. It's ugly, and the customization is horrible.
Just make it the default chat and have chat options in the GUI / RSHIFT thing.
Please change it up, barely any one likes it.

You can disable it from the better frames menu and you can find the chat options on the cogwheel when you open the chat…
