Hello, me and many others are opposed to Varicks being Trial because of his immaturity, scumbaggery, and obnoxiousness.Here is how this is going to work, if you are opposed to this poor decision of giving Varicks this rank, +1 this post and vote on the strawpoll link provided.

If you have a problem with my staff choices, I can show you the door.He'll change his trash talk ways or he'll be removed. He already knows this. That's what trial stands for. It's not pre-mod, it's a trial rank and if he fails he won't be a mod. Until he does something wrong as a trial I don't care.

If he continues to be a dick, he won't make it past trial-mod. Give him a chance. He might be using this as an opportunity to change.
