External Mod Option

Theres a really annoying bug that can’t be fixed on my BLC and it happened when I turned on motion blur on the mod options. But when it activated my entire screen went black and I couldn’t switch it back. There should be an option to turn off/on mods on the title screen externally instead of only ingame.
