Purchasing items from the store is giving unknown error

Hello, so currently today I thought of purchasing some dragon wings and some cloaks but when I attempt to checkout it is giving an unknown error occurred.Here is the image of the error:
Not sure exactly what the issue is, but I would love cloaks and wings.

cloaks and wings don't show together currently
