Use items while punching a nlock

Exactly what im talking about ^
In short cant use any item while punching a block which can hurt people in pvp mainly pot video explains it a bit more.
Keep in mind you can do this on vanilla 1.7 but not 1.8 but there is a mod that lets you do it

AND NOblockhit animation DOES NOT fix this as proven in the video
