Replay Mod

I think that the replay mod should be added to blc.The reason being is so people with not that good pcs can catch hackers on non blc servers.

This is a planned feature, but it's very low priority on our roadmap because it is a HUGE feature that we have to go back and reprogram for the Badlion Client
