You may say it's useless but me and some friends really like the particle mod,it's however not really fpsfriendly but when you're used to it and you're switching to badlion client it feels like you're clicking 2 cps with texture packs with small particles (like kiro fps v2 pack,those type of particle).

So yea i don't see any bad reason why it shouldn't get added expect the fact that it's not really fps friendly,even if i don't really get fps loss while using the particle mod on forge minecraft,you can even do a custom particle mod that doesn't only change the numbers of particle but also the size,why not also the velocity of the particle.
