The second ban via BAC

I was banned a second time via BAC and do not know why. The first time I have made a request for relief and has been exempted, but now I have been banned again and I am sure that no one hacked with this account and BAC or similar. I ask for clarification because I do not know why I was banned again. Sry for my bad englishLG TaktischesFisch

I reported it as a bug at the time, and Meyp [administrators] responded to it and unbanned me. I quote Meyp:,,We have tools in place to discover any possible false hardware bans that we check regularly to ensure that players are not unfairly banned. If you were one of those very few individuals who were unfairly banned, you will be unbanned soon.''

The answer you got does not show that you were unbanned.
Are you sure you were actually unbanned and did not just thought "I can open the client I'm unbanned" when the policy change came and bac bans only apply when trying to join bac servers with bac?

I do not understand that, but I'm sure I did not violate the BAC guidelines!
