first suggestion here is: parents controls mod:
will contain time limiter mod (hope its possible to make) which will let you set up a time which is allowed yo play per day with warnings every 1/4 of the max time which has passed and on the last 10 minutes, to toggle this mod you will need a password, that way the child wont be able to play more than the time given to them
the reason for the mod:
by having this mod (me as a 14 years old i will be able to manage my time better playing and also parants will have easier time fighting addictions)

my second suggestion is: blc indicator mod
will be able to see who is using blc on a server on the tab menu so you won't have to ask people "do you use blc"
the reason: i have flame wings and I want to showoff to people but asking them "do you use blc" just takes out the fun out of it

rate those mods from 1-10 if you can

BLC usage on non-bac protected servers is not really relevant, because cheating is only banned by the client on bac-protected servers, when banned you can still play on non-bac-protected servers.

BLC usage on blc protected servers can be shown by the servers. Like a tick after the name on gommehd.net

I am aware of all of this, but it would be nice if you could know when someone is using blc despite the above
