I have waypoints set on this server across different dimensions, with some in End and Overworld. However, even thought my Waypoints are not Global, I can still see them in the wrong dimension.

Example:
I have the "Exit" waypoint set in the End dimension, however I can still see it in the Overworld dimension, even though the Global option is turned off.

Are you sure you have clicked on "Done" after editing the waypoint's settings? It seems to work fine for me.
