Mod to mute other Players?

Is it possible that there will be a mod to mute players by urself who're provacating in chat by a command like its managed in this mod : https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding-java-edition/minecraft-mods/1285311-1-6-2-jul-29-smp-s-t-f-u-client-side-mute-command ?Of couse you can disable the whole chat but mostly there only a few players who're trash talking.

On hypixel you can /ignore (user) and that will remove all that users messages from chatI'm pretty sure there is a command to remove a players messages on other servers but idk the command
