I added some of my alt accounts to the badlion client so I can easily switch to them, and now when I try to play on them I click on a server to log on to it, and it says to restart the minecraft, and doesn't and only lets me play on my main account. Help

If you're getting an "Invalid Session" error, this bug has been reported and is currently being worked on as far as I am aware.

Otherwise, recreate your error by trying to use a different account through the Alt Manager and then clicking "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the Badlion Client Launcher.
