With BLC IG without obs open i get from 1.5k fps to 2.5k fps, but when i open obs my fps go down to 200-400, that's without recording, when i start recording it goes down another 20 or 40 fps, I record in 240 fps, since it adds a nice blur to the video when you render it in 60fps, my cpu usage is always under 70% when recording so it isn't the problem, either is my gpu since it is always under 50% while recording too.

Also, yes i run it in admin mode, and i've anticheat comp on.
