Wiping Banned Players Elo

I was thinking maybe make an automated system where when a player has been banned for 2 weeks or longer the system automatically wipes his elo. It doesnt necessarily have to be 2 weeks, whatever time you think is good. The reason I dont think it should cleared right away is because what if a player was falsely banned? then he cannot recover the elo that was lost.Just a suggestion :p

Wiping hacker's elo would be better
