Motion blur makes the screen black....

Alright so this update for 1.7.10 BAC makes my screen go black whenever it's enabled. It's annoying because all my profiles have motion blur enabled so my screen goes back and I can't change it. Also, the toggled sprint has no shadow.Instead of it looking like this:

Please add an option to turn or turn off shadow for toggled sprint because in my opinion, it looks better.
And Fix the motion blur black screen. Thanks!
