Lines on cape | Fix?

So, I recently bought the Tenebrous cape, and these white lines irritate me.My suggestion is to fix this.
I believe this is happening to multiple capes and not just the Tenebrous cape.

Hmm, i thought we fixed this already. What mode is the cloak in?
