so i bought the valentine's bow at the time,and then i noticed that in other users pov its on my hand but in my pov its upon my back,ive told before i bought it that it will be on my back,and they will fix it **ASAP**
since then,its been a month and yet no one fixed anything,although they said it will be fixed in the next update(as far as i remember there was one)
so when i was looking for an answer(for the 3rd time,last times they just ignored me)
i was so pissed,and i am still pissed so i was being honest with thekiterunner and told her/him "dont bullshit me with the major update crap" and turns out he banned/kicked me from the discord,look at it from my pov
i bought something,i've been told it'll on my back before i bought it and turns out its on my hand in other guys pov,i've been told it'll get fixed ASAP and its been a month,and its still the same,talking aggressively was my way to show thekiterunner that they should get it done already,and that its enough,because saying asap and letting us wait a month(and its not fixed yet) is basically bull**.
turns out i got banned for that from the badlion discord,may i ask what was that for? i literally bought items off you guys for like 150$ and i expected it to be okay,im not even equipping the bow because of the way its on my hand

also thekiterunner didnt accept me on dc after i got banned,although i just wanted him to explain me why i got banned
from my pov it seems like he had nothing to say so he chose to ban me,didnt expect that from badlion staff to be honest,im actually disappointed.

i believe that if they said it will br done in the next update they didnt mean in the beta so in this week i believe it will be fixed

that doesnt solve the ban problem,if he could just answer like you everything would be fine
instead of banning me he could just give me a simple answer like yours

Hey.

Can you in a calm and clear way explain what the problem is? I remember seeing a ticket open about this in our bug tracker but none of us understood exactly what was wrong and couldn't reproduce anything you were describing.
