Please go delete this directory and restart your application: C:\ProgramData\BadlionClient\jre\libAlso make sure that not running applications are using this location and that your antivirus is not blocking it.

A google search indicates that this error usually indicates that windows has problems reading stuff form your hard drive.
You can try this to solve:
1. Open Windwos Explorer
2. Right click your C drive and open the properties
3. Go to the tools section
4. Run the error check
