Crashed hotbar

Help me pleaseWhen the update was made the hotbar of my minecraft started blinking or flashing the items that are in it I do not know how to fix it and uninstall it I downloaded the minecraft launcher and with that launcher the same thing does not happen

Hi.Please submit a bug report using the bottom of the launcher the next time this occurs so we can check out the logs.
