No clue if this is a feature. If so delete the thread (staff)

When someone is making a suggestion it looks for similar topics and displays a bar (like google) where you can see if the suggestion may have already been made.

Ex:

Search Bar: My Topic (replay mod)
Extra bars (Add replay mod - suggested by (insert any name))
