I cant seem to find a way to make backgrounds on for example coords less visible, but not invisible. U can either make it visible and change the colour or make it invisible. If this is not a feature i would love to had it added, but if it is in the client, how do you do it?

You can do this using the color picker. The first vertical bar is for the color spectrum and the second is for opacity (see throughness).
