Questions with resource packs

It's been a month since I used badlion client and I am loving it.Although I have a question. I recently downloaded iSparkton's WAR v2 resource pack and putted it in the resourve pack folder in .minecraft
For some reason badlion client couldn't find the file and when I finally went into the default launcher and got the resource pack there, blc finally found it. I am really confused and I don't want to repeat this procedure for everytime I use a new texture pack.
Any help?

Hey,We are glad that you like the Badlion Client.
After you put a new resource pack into your resource pack folder, you have to restart the Badlion Client.

Just Minecraft, you can leave the Badlion Client Launcher open.
