Also, I'd like to note that voting still does not work.I don't know if this is because I play on EU but I tested it now and it doesn't work.

It has to do with the fact that you are on EU. It doesn't sync between servers correctly at the moment. Relog 5 min after you finish voting and I think it fixes it? If not I will address this later tonite or tomorrow at the latest.
