Alright, My Game Is Capped At 30 FPS. This Just Started Happening out of no where My fps isn't capped in mc settings. I have no Idea what it is as it cant be my settings, nor is it set on v sync. I tried re downloading the client as well as resetting my mc settings, but this problem has not been resolved yet.

Do you have VSync on in your regular graphics settings (Nvidia/ATI)? This can override the Minecraft specific settings.
