You cannot insert your own mods into badlion client to prevent cheat mods.You can choose from a bunch of already available modifications, the badlion client mod menu can be openend through an option in the escape menu or (by default) with oyur right shift key.

and if there is a mod that doesnt exist and you want it you can suggest it and it might be aaded
