Skins won't load

Hello fellow BLC users

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but everytime I login on BLC and joining a server, it won't load any skins except my skin's loading. I don't know if this is a BLC bug or a Minecraft bug in general.

Usually this is a problem of the server you joined.

It's on every server I play. Even when I put a cosmetic hat on, that skin isn't loaded either.
