Whenever im playing its impossible to aim and I can barley even play without this happening context -

what is screentaring? if you mean the freezing in the place it might be an hypixel error rather than a blc error.
i suggest try to sneak and block with yoir sword if you're lagging to prevent being block lagged sometimes

Screen tearing is graphics distortion that occurs when the graphics processor is out of sync with the display.
