So I've seen this before and it would really help with factions.
So basically its just the outline of chunks in a thin colored line at the borders
it would follow you wherever it went.http://www.9minecraft.net/chunkborders-mod/ is a very good example of what would be great.
I really enjoy the mod and appreciate the effort put in it and i really hope you guys add this. Thanks

basicalt the f3+h i think that shows the outline for chunks, very useful features especially in factions as you said.
