my fps is locked at 60 only on fullscreen even if my vsync is off please helpedit: i think its because of game dvr but idk how to disable it in windows 10 home because this version doesnt has regedit or group policy editor

Hello!Are you sure you have:
- set your FPS to unlimited in Minecraft video settings?
- turned off VSync in your graphics card control panel?
If you believe this has to do something with Game DVR, here are some steps on how to disable Game DVR:
1. Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows key + I on your keyboard. Then click on Gaming.
2. Select the Game bar menu on the left. Ensure the “Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar” is set to Off.
3. Next, switch to the Game DVR menu and Set the “Record in the background while I’m playing a game” to Off.

i disabled vsync in minecraft, nvidia control panel and intel control panel and i also disabled game dvr but its still locked at 60 fps on fullscreen mode. i tried disabling the fullscreen optimiziation mode but it didnt work either ( but im not sure if i did the last part right because i did it with javaw.exe idk if thats the real exe of minecraft)edit: this only happens in fullscreen mode. my fps is normal in windowed mode
