Wallpaper Engine Opacity Not Working

-THIS IS NOT A BUG WITHIN THE CLIENT-I have a program called wallpaper engine install which makes your desktop background pretty. Within the program, there is an option to change the desktop icon opacity. I turned this down to about 40% so I could see my wallpaper through my icons. Upon reinstalling the client, the icons became solid again.
